History

You can take a local bus or cab from the airport to your desired location.

Via Rail:

The Rameshwaram railway station, 18 kilometers from Dhanushkodi, is the closest. You can use any local transportation to get to Dhanushkodi from the railway station.

By Road:

Since there is a consistent bus service from Rameshwaram and other important areas in Tamilnadu, Dhanushkodi is easily reachable via roads. If no direct buses are available to Dhanushkodi, you can still take a bus up to Rameshwaram and then change to a different bus.
